All these photos were taken within the 3.5 mile reach of Snake River just north of Idaho Falls that would be affected by the County Line Hydroelectric Project. Just imagine autumn and winter seasons with chronic river flow at 1/3rd to 1/4th of what you see in the pictures, which is what Idaho Irrigation District and New Sweden Irrigation District are proposing.
